The best way to inquire about a fee for a specific property is by using the form below or by email. I promise to use the information you provide to quote your project and not add you to any email lists. To receive an accurate quote please provide details such as parcel number(s) and date of valuation needed (current or historical for retrospective appraisals). We use that information to research what is available on public records and the NWMLS to help determine the scope of work and time it will require to complete the project. We can usually offer a discount for multiple reports of similar properties so let us know if that is the case. If the project changes from what is originally ordered (additional dwellings or parcels, etc ) there can be changes in the fee.
